What you will do

• You will be working on exciting Mixed-Use, Retail and Commercial projects for our Top Tier Clients
• You will get involved in projects across Asia Pacific
• You will be responsible for leading design and collaborating with fast-paced interdisciplinary teams of architects, interior designers to deliver projects of complex signage & wayfinding
• You will also demonstrate exceptional vision, oversee projects from conception to completion, and ensure successful project outcomes
• You will use your exceptional design sense and adept at developing creative up-front design concepts as well as having technical working knowledge in preparing final documentation
• You will be expected to speak up, give the team your opinion and insights
• You will be mentored, coached and trained to ensure your career success

What you will need

• At least 7 years’ experience in Signage and Wayfinding
• Excellent communication skills and experience as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Ability to lead complex, multifaceted projects while exhibiting and adhering to demanding project schedules
• Desire to develop, motivate and mentor young design professionals
• Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese
